Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, store, and issue raw materials, parts, details, and hardware to support shop operations.
  • •Store parts and materials in bins, drawers, and racks, identifying part numbers and stored locations.
  • •Pick parts to assemble kits, ensuring all parts are available and accounted for.
  • •Verify incoming materials against paperwork (damage, part numbers, quantity, and revisions) and issue against approved paperwork with traceability on serialized parts.
  • •Monitor shelf-life storage and rotation, perform cycle counts, validate lot trace, and maintain good housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of inventory control experience.
  • •Ability to operate inventory equipment including a forklift.
  • •Strong understanding of inventory and kitting processes.
  • •ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
