Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing.
  • •Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy.
  • •Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates.
  • •Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach.
  • •Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed.
