Job Summary

Own ByteDance’s next-generation cloud and AI infrastructure supply strategy by originating, negotiating, contracting, and governing multi-year, multi-vendor capacity deals. Build and maintain executive relationships with hyperscalers and emerging AI infrastructure providers, lead cross-functional execution across legal/finance/tax/engineering, and design complex commercial structures that protect margin and optimize total cost of ownership. Key Responsibilities

•Originate new capacity opportunities across hyperscalers, neoclouds, joint ventures, BYODC, capacity sublease, and cross-cloud portfolio optimization.
•Lead end-to-end strategy, negotiation, contracting, and delivery governance for large-scale, multi-year cloud and infrastructure commitments.
•Build and maintain director+-to-C-level executive relationships; own upward communications with CEO/senior leadership through deal recommendations and risk disclosures.
•Lead cross-functional programs spanning legal, finance, tax, treasury, capacity planning, datacenter engineering, power sourcing, and business teams to drive decisions.
•Develop reusable deal frameworks and playbooks, coach junior team members, and resolve senior vendor escalations directly with vendor executives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
•5+ years in sourcing, business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably in cloud, datacenter, semiconductor, or AI infrastructure.
•Track record leading multi-hundred-million to multi-billion-USD commercial engagements end-to-end, from origination through delivery governance.
•Existing executive network across hyperscalers and/or major technology companies at the director+ level.
•Strong financial acumen for TCO analysis, deal modeling, margin engineering, and commercial term design.
