Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently troubleshoot and repair electrical, power distribution, and electromechanical systems, including PLC process and machine controls, pumps, and pneumatic/hydraulic conveying equipment.
  • •Install and maintain AC/DC controls and electrical systems using blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure safe, specification-compliant operation.
  • •Identify root causes of complex mechanical/electrical issues and repair using welding, fabrication, and basic pipefitting/electrical/process control knowledge.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled and present ideas for permanent fixes to recurring problems.
  • •Assist with blueprint and operating manual files, train lower-level employees, and correct unsafe conditions or request assistance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •NOCTI Mechanical/Electrical testing certification: Level 3 required; Level 1 and 2 certified.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial machinery preventative maintenance and repair.
  • •Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • •Ability to operate hand and power tools and experience with welding, pipefitting, and/or fabrication.
