Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff through deployment, training, and transition to long-term support.
  • •Serve as single-threaded owner of project delivery, accountable for timelines, scope, risks, and customer experience.
  • •Establish project governance, manage RAIDs, and drive scope control and change management to agreed deliverables.
  • •Guide customers through hardware and SaaS setup, configuration, deployment, and operational readiness for steady-state support.
  • •Deliver training and organizational change management, and partner cross-functionally to resolve blockers and continuously improve delivery frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or enterprise customer-facing roles.
  • •Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments (hardware + SaaS preferred).
  • •Ability to manage full project lifecycle delivery, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • •Experience working with enterprise customers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • •Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet.
