Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilise bespoke ticketing software to program ticketing work requests.
  • •Prepare, create, check and maintain simple to medium complexity events and offers accurately.
  • •Work on setups for small/medium system venues and follow rigorous checking procedures.
  • •Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure events are set up correctly and on time.
  • •Anticipate issues in event building, plan contingencies, and provide tiered support at point of on sale.

Key Requirements

  • •Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • •Proven experience of learning complex software packages.
  • •Experience working in a data-driven environment where attention to detail was imperative.
  • •Experience in a fast-paced environment, working in a target-driven role.
  • •Ticketmaster systems experience is preferable.
