Key Responsibilities

•Manage the notification, agreement, collection and settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims.
•Lead First Notification of Loss for Professional and Financial Lines losses (including D&O, PI and Crime).
•Negotiate settlements with clients and underwriters and coordinate discussions with networks, clients and authorities as needed.
•Analyze claims data to establish history and identify trends for a client or business portfolio.
•Collaborate with Head of Financial Lines Advocacy to conclude contentious claims and ensure effective communication with all parties.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience handling Financial Lines claims (including D&O, PI and Crime) from first notification of loss to resolution.
•Strong negotiation skills with underwriters, clients, and markets; ability to coordinate discussions and meetings to drive settlements.
•Proven ability to conduct data analysis to identify claims history and trends across client portfolios.
•Proficiency with CLASS and ECF processing systems (preferred), and strong MS Word and Excel skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a hybrid, team-based environment.
