Responsible for project governance, staffing, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications, with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple time zones and locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage medium to large, complex projects (often parallel) with accountability for schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
•Act as central point of contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating multiple PMOs and staff to deliver projects.
•Staff projects by determining structure, identifying resources, and coaching project team members on project management methodologies.
•Develop and maintain project plans (WBS and Gantt), ensuring quality deliverables and alignment with client expectations.
•Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, manage change requests to prevent scope creep, and communicate project health through reports and reviews.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BA/BS or equivalent experience
•8+ years in leading medium to large global projects, 10+ years preferred
•3-5+ years leading change in a virtual, global environment
•Proficiency with Waterfall project management methodology; Agile is a plus
•Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching abilities with client-facing experience in a contact center/BPO setting
