Director of Product, Financial Incentives

Lead the Financial Incentives product team and own the strategy and roadmap for member incentives and payment mechanisms. Drive end-to-end experiences across cards, HRA/HSA contributions, direct provider payments, employer plan design, and the adjudication, payments, and ledger platform. Build and mentor a growing PM org, partner across engineering, design, finance, legal, compliance, clinical, and GTM, and define metrics to deliver scalable, resilient outcomes.
