Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with the Israeli Air Force, Bet Shemesh depot, in-country suppliers, and the P&W F100 Program Office.
  • •Proactively manage F100-229 Fleet Management Program requirements by monitoring, trending, and reporting key metrics.
  • •Use customer support engineering and materials input to determine future needs and focus internal support to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • •Forecast customer maintenance and component replacement/repair needs; develop and maintain fleet readiness plans to support customer supportability requirements.
  • •Identify, communicate, and elevate program-critical issues through appropriate channels; apply ACE principles to improve fleet management systems and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree.
  • •8 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience, or an Advanced degree with 5 years, or in lieu of degree with 12 years.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
