Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and monitor ticket counter areas for compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing, including printing boarding passes/receipts and maintaining kiosk machines.
  • •Troubleshoot kiosk technology issues and communicate with IT when additional servicing is needed.
  • •Verify carry-on baggage compliance and clear/verify travel documents for international travel using the kiosk Timatic database.

Key Requirements
