Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships by presenting, demonstrating, and supporting selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team.
  • •Lead technical meetings with enterprise-level decision makers to drive revenue and serve as a technical expert on electric, gas, and/or telecommunications.
  • •Craft and propose solutions that demonstrate how GIS delivers business value and define and deliver complex strategies aligning Esri technology with customers’ needs.
  • •Design presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences within Esri’s largest customers and provide configuration guidance and best practices; present at conferences and executive engagements.
  • •Share knowledge and coach new team members on best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications
  • •3+ years of experience in electric, gas and/or telecommunications
  • •Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context (hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing)
  • •Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
