•Maintain and develop programs to support Illinois Tollway assets
•Develop and manage scope for Systemwide design projects
•Coordinate, prepare, and issue design scoping memorandums
•Track project budgets, schedules, and contract deliverables
•Participate in client and multidisciplinary team meetings

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,000 - 114,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
•Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois
•10+ years of experience leading transportation infrastructure projects for the Illinois Tollway and IDOT

•Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
