  • •Direct vehicle test execution across integration phases, covering areas like propulsion, avionics, RF, and power.
  • •Lead test framework, process, and architectural improvements for panel-to-vehicle integration and testing.
  • •Oversee HITL testbed development end-to-end (design, procurement, integration, validation, and ongoing support).
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams on testbed requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • •Identify and drive automation to reduce manual work and improve test efficiency, and assist with recruiting and hiring.

Key Requirements
