Job Summary

Plan and coordinate preventive and condition-based maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and ensure safe, efficient work execution. Develop detailed, standardized work packages and instructions, identify required parts/tools, perform field walk-downs, and manage safety permits such as Lockout/Tagout and Job Hazard Analysis. Maintain accurate records in the CMMS (preferably SAP) and partner with Reliability Engineers and Maintenance Supervisors to optimize PM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategically plan and coordinate preventive and condition-based maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
•Develop detailed, standardized work packages and clear work instructions covering scope, sequence, and required resources.
•Perform field walk-downs to scope jobs, identify potential hazards, and ensure packages reflect field conditions.
•Identify required safety permits for planned maintenance, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis, and incorporate safety protocols into work packages.
•Maintain timely, accurate CMMS close-out records and collaborate with Reliability Engineers and Maintenance Supervisors to optimize maintenance strategies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma and 3-5+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment as a technician, lead, or planner.
•Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems.
•Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance practices, and equipment operation.
•Advanced proficiency using a CMMS, preferably SAP.
•Able to meet pre-employment requirements including required physicals, drug screen, and/or background investigation.
