Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and lead cross-functional customer-facing engagements to develop and deploy an agentic vision for agreement management processes.
  • •Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows integrating Docusign AI capabilities, MCP servers, APIs, and third-party systems and agentic stacks.
  • •Execute deployment 'firsts' by proving out, productionizing new agentic implementation patterns, and building repeatable use cases and toolkits.
  • •Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences, and translate operational requirements into production AI solutions.
  • •Build and maintain robust data pipelines and autonomous AI system architecture; evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, performance, and compliance in isolated cloud environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •12+ years in software engineering, deployment-focused engineering, or customer-facing technical delivery roles in a technology company.
  • •18–24 months implementing LLMs, production-grade GenAI applications, autonomous agents, and/or orchestration frameworks for production software.
  • •Experience working directly with customers on POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations.
  • •Experience with Python, Java, C++, or strong systems fundamentals, plus communication skills for technical discovery with diverse stakeholders.
