Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Make AI a core part of the testing workflow, including test generation, flaky-test detection, failure triage, and log analysis.
  • •Re-architect end-to-end test pipelines to dramatically cut PR feedback time using parallelization, smart selection/sharding, better resource utilization, and reduced flakiness.
  • •Develop and maintain automation frameworks and testing infrastructure across operators, evolving Jenkins pipelines and modernizing where useful.
  • •Own and improve CI/CD for testing with reliable, observable, fast pipelines that provide clear PR signals.
  • •Define and iterate on test strategy and quality gates as products evolve, partnering with QA to build self-service automation and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with Kubernetes and testing applications in containerized environments.
  • •Experience with database systems and performance, especially in cloud or Kubernetes contexts.

  • •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar) for reliable, observable testing.
