  • •Identify and address weaknesses in data empowerment across product lines; train and support teams to leverage insights independently.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization to interpret complex datasets and produce actionable insights.
  • •Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, DBT, Excel, and Tableau (or similar).
  • •Ability to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop effective solutions with high attention to data integrity.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Some experience managing data analysts, ideally aligning product analysts to a strategic vision.
