Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consolidated planning and reporting engine across annual operating plan, long-range plan, and monthly/quarterly forecast cycles, including data intake and delivery of outputs reviewed by senior leadership
  • •Serve as the functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform, leading design, implementation, enhancement, administration, and enablement
  • •Own the planning systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, UAT, governance, and change management
  • •Drive finance transformation projects to improve automation, standardization, and simplicity across planning and reporting workflows, including embedding AI
  • •Design data flows and integrations connecting the planning platform to the ERP, data warehouse, and BI stack, partnering with Accounting, Data Engineering, and Analytics

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • •6+ years of progressive experience across strategic finance / FP&A and finance systems or finance transformation roles
  • •Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and company-wide planning cycle consolidation expertise
  • •Hands-on experience owning/implementing an EPM/planning platform (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, or similar), including model design and integrations
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end leadership of a finance transformation initiative, scaling planning systems and automated reporting
