Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or online environments in English and Mandarin.
  • •Develop and deliver training courses for different trainees, markets, and products.
  • •Identify and assess training needs to close process/policy gaps and improve performance.
  • •Participate in or lead policy briefings to ensure updates align with cultural, socio, geographical, and political conditions.
  • •Partner with the labeling business team via coaching and performance support to improve overall results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably with policy, content moderation, or quality-related work.
  • •Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong English proficiency for reviewing and assessing Mandarin-language content.
  • •1+ years of experience in quality assurance and training (or related field).
  • •Expertise in content moderation policy, operational guideline development, and enforcement workflows.
  • •Ability to interpret and enforce complex guidelines in writing-focused workflows and use data to inform process improvements.
