Job Summary

Manage staffing, onboarding, and HRMS-related activities for Mashreq Bank Pakistan. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements, build job descriptions, run job evaluation, post openings, and attract candidates via agencies and other sources. Lead interview and assessment center processes, recommend grades/salaries, and oversee new-hire onboarding, orientation, HR policy compliance, documentation, and onboarding MIS/data requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with stakeholders to define staffing requirements and develop candidate job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
•Plan staffing with hiring managers, assess hiring requests against approved budget/headcount, and support job evaluation.
•Attract candidates through recruitment agencies/advertisements and other sources; evaluate recruitment markets/agencies and recommend roles’ grades/salaries.
•Conduct interviews and assessment centers to shortlist candidates; post roles following successful job evaluation.
•Own onboarding: new-hire onboarding, orientation/induction, HRMS entry and data management, employee file maintenance, and compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
•5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources at both operational and strategic level.
•Strong interpersonal skills with influencing and high-level negotiation ability.
•Knowledge of the banking business/financial services industry is a distinct advantage.
•Leadership skills and experience working with matrixed organizations.
