Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates in-person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities.
  • •Build new and deepen existing relationships by meeting activity and outcome goals and delivering customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts and related products, including consumer checking, deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and relationship expansion through centers of influence.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations with teller transactions as needed, and participate in branch huddles/debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •1+ years building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and comfort with digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
