Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Global AEs and the Global Deals team to evaluate deal opportunities, contribute to offer structures, and support negotiation strategy.
  • •Drive end-to-end financial analysis for global deals, including commitments/pricing structuring and detailed financial modeling (Visa P&L, projected cash flow, amortization schedules).
  • •Perform no-deal and alternative scenario analysis, including sizing financial impact from volume migration.
  • •Provide executive-ready financial insights and recommendations, surfacing risks, tradeoffs, and decision points.
  • •Build deal infrastructure (standardized models, deal trackers, process improvements) and support training/enablement on acceptance economics and deal metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 6+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, Masters, JD).
  • •Experience in financial transaction analysis, pricing, commercial finance, and investment/valuation analysis; payments experience is a plus.
  • •Advanced Excel and modeling skills to build and explain multi-scenario economics and sensitivities.
  • •Proven ability supporting complex, multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations and distilling analyses into executive-ready narratives.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to translate complex financial constructs for non-financial audiences.
