Job Summary

Support day-to-day RV station operations by leading the exterior and interior cleaning of campers so they’re safe, fully operational, and ready for customers’ adventures. Conduct vehicle inspections, identify visible issues, and help keep the station running smoothly alongside the Station Manager. Safely operate vehicles in the station lot, maintain a clean record, and provide world-class customer service with strong written and verbal English communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and perform exterior and interior cleaning of campers (95% of your day) to ensure they shine, are safe, and fully operational.
•Conduct vehicle inspections and identify/report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.
•Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning in an active environment.
•Support the station team with daily tasks to ensure customers leave happy and safe.
•Work with the Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.5 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience providing customers with world-class customer service.
•Valid in-state driver’s license; required to operate company vehicles.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read, write, and speak English to interact with a global customer base.
•Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
•Must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check; open availability for weekends and holidays.
