Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive IT assessments of systems, infrastructure, and processes, and deliver actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
  • •Design and implement IT governance policies, frameworks, and processes to ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
  • •Lead training and awareness initiatives on IT governance, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT quality management best practices.
  • •Develop and maintain IT service catalogs, ensuring services are accurately defined and aligned with business needs.
  • •Oversee ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 implementation projects and support pre-sales and proposal preparation with IT governance/ITSM solution expertise.

  • •Strong understanding of organizational design, roles, and responsibilities in IT.
  • •Experience leading IT training and awareness sessions, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
