Job Summary

Execute enterprise-wide talent selection strategies that enable hiring and promotion of high-performing talent at scale. Lead end-to-end selection program execution, including structured interview and case study design, assessment tool implementation, and continuous innovation. Partner with HR, Legal, Technology, internal business teams, and external vendors to ensure compliant, high-quality candidate experiences, translating assessment insights into actionable recommendations and improvement opportunities.

•Execute enterprise-wide talent selection strategies aligned with business goals and hiring needs.
•Design, develop, update, and implement structured interview guides, case studies, and assessment tools.
•Partner with external vendors to support validation studies, product evaluations, and assessment implementation.
•Own end-to-end execution of large-scale selection initiatives, including timelines, tool/technology implementations or changes, and cross-functional coordination.
•Analyze aggregate assessment trends, translate results into actionable recommendations, and ensure compliance in selection processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 138,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, or 5 years of experience with psychometric assessments.
•At least 4 years of experience in talent assessment, talent development, or talent management.
•Strong internal consulting skills to influence and guide stakeholders at multiple levels.
•Demonstrated experience executing complex, enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight.
•Strong project management and execution skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
