Job Summary

Support the Lifestyle Marketing PLG team across Ferrari Lifestyle collections by helping plan, coordinate, and execute product launches and campaign activities. Maintain and update the marketing calendar with input from internal teams (Merchandising, E-commerce, Communication, Media, Retail), prepare briefs and presentations, monitor asset distribution across channels, and support events, activations, and Fashion Shows. Track follow-ups, monitor deadlines, and provide operational support throughout marketing initiatives.

•Support the planning, coordination, and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across company functions.
•Update and manage the marketing calendar by gathering input from internal teams (Merchandising, E-commerce, Communication, Media, Retail).
•Prepare marketing briefs for creative and content production teams, and create presentations, reports, and summary materials.
•Monitor campaign development and ensure correct distribution of communication assets across different channels.
•Assist in organizing events, activations, and Fashion Shows; manage follow-up and monitor project deadlines during execution.

Key Requirements

•Recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in the final year of a degree in Marketing or similar.
•First work experience through internships or projects, preferably in automotive or luxury sectors.
•Ability to think analytically, be target-oriented and structured, with strong attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills, including listening and in-depth reasoning, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power BI knowledge is a plus; fluent English required.
