Job Summary

Join the finance team to support transactional accounting and the monthly close across UK, USA, Singapore, and Canada. You’ll manage AP and AR, perform multi-currency bank reconciliations, process employee expenses, post journals, and keep customer/supplier data auditable. As you build confidence, you’ll assist with month-end balance sheet reconciliations and support P&L and balance sheet reporting, working closely with the Finance Manager and CFO in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage accounts payable by coding supplier invoices, routing approvals through Omnea, and helping process payments on time.
•Manage accounts receivable by raising customer invoices accurately and on time, and help chase overdue accounts.
•Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies and investigate discrepancies.
•Process employee expenses via Spendesk and Deel and post journals while maintaining accurate financial records.
•Support month-end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations and contributing to P&L and balance sheet reporting.

Key Requirements

•An accounting or finance graduate with 0–2 years’ experience in a finance role.
•Studying, or planning to study, towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
•Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy.
•Well organised and dependable, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadline.
•Comfortable asking questions and collaborating in a fully remote environment.
