Job Summary

Own and evolve the policy and controls governance program within the Assurance, Risk and Compliance (ARC) Initiatives team. Lead the end-to-end policy lifecycle and common controls framework governance, drive issue intake and remediation tracking, and deliver executive-ready metrics and KPIs/KRIs for audit readiness and controls maturity. Manage and develop a team, oversee governance tooling and workflows (including Jira and GRC platforms), and partner cross-functionally with Security, Engineering, Product, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the policy governance program including policy lifecycle management, documentation standards, review/approval cadences, change tracking, and exception governance.
•Own controls governance including common controls framework lifecycle management, control harmonization, framework mapping, and audit-ready oversight.
•Oversee governance systems and workflows (including Jira workflows, GRC tooling, documentation repositories, and reporting structures).
•Lead end-to-end policy and controls remediation governance, including intake, triage, tracking, closure validation, and executive reporting.
•Manage and develop team members and define KPIs/KRIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure policy health, controls maturity, exceptions, and program effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of program management, governance, compliance, or related experience in information security or GRC, including high-growth environments.
•Lead policy and procedure programs, governance frameworks, or controls governance at scale.
•Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and NIST CSF, with ability to translate requirements into operational controls.
•Manage full-lifecycle cross-functional programs (planning, risk mitigation, dependency management, change control, and executive reporting).
•Advanced experience with Jira and GRC or policy management platforms, plus strong people leadership and stakeholder management.
