Job Summary

Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects focused on Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). Configure SAP S/4HANA PP and QM processes, help with ECC-to-S/4 conversions or greenfield builds, and coordinate cross-module integration with teams such as MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO. Own testing, data migration validation, cutover/hypercare support, and documentation following SAP Activate methodology.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PP processes (master data, demand management/MRP, production and capacity execution).
•Configure and support SAP S/4HANA QM processes (inspection planning, quality notifications/defect management, results recording, certificates/batch where applicable).
•Support ECC-to-S/4 conversions or greenfield implementations, including fit-to-standard workshops and requirement clarification.
•Collaborate across MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure integration for procure-to-produce and plan-to-produce processes; coordinate with technical teams for PP/QM-relevant RICEFW objects.
•Execute unit/SIT testing, support UAT and defect resolution, validate data migration for manufacturing/quality master data and open transactions, and provide hypercare support post go-live.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of SAP functional experience in SAP PP (discrete or process manufacturing) and SAP QM.
•At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.
•Hands-on experience with S/4HANA PP configuration, MRP simplifications/real-time processing, and QM integration with MM and PP.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes.
•Exposure to batch management, serial numbers, and variant configuration; certification in SAP S/4HANA or SAP PP/QM is preferred.
