Job Summary

Lead the development and adoption of BizzyCar’s agentic product initiatives, owning the industry-leading automotive retail AI Agent. You’ll shape roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, run rapid-cycle tests, and optimize KPIs to reduce costs and deliver more value to dealers, manufacturers, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage product roadmaps and priorities, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders as well as supporting data.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to optimize and commercialize your solutions.
•Ensure business requirements are documented and integrated into product roadmaps and resulting products.
•Leverage rapid-cycle testing methodology to vastly increase product and feature development velocity by designing high quality, fail-fast-and-cheap tests (including leveraging vibe-coding tools to get ahead).
•Design and manage to KPIs for the products and features you own; represent BizzyCar at industry events and meetings with customers, prospects, clients, investors, and business partners.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of experience as a product owner or product manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
•Strong proficiency with generative AI tools which must include coding or vibe-coding technology.
•Extensive expertise in all levels of product life-cycle, including requirements gathering, design, planning, acceptance testing, deployment, and iteration.
•Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
•Hands-on product management experience, demonstrating both leadership and individual contributor skills.
