Provide an exceptional in-store experience by modeling and coaching customer service while supporting sales and merchandising. Partner with store leadership to suggest looks based on trends and promotions, promote the Levi’s omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty, and resolve elevated customer concerns. Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, replenishment) in compliance with store policies.
