Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Global LCS leadership to shape channel strategy, priorities, operating model, and investment decisions.
  • •Run annual and quarterly planning and build goals, capacity plans, coverage models, and resource recommendations with Finance and regional/vertical sales leaders.
  • •Establish and run global business rhythm (weekly revenue/pipeline reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and executive reporting) to turn performance signals into action.
  • •Own LCS forecasting and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, risk identification, and accountability.
  • •Build a trusted, single view of LCS performance and develop repeatable playbooks/mechanisms to launch, ramp, and scale programs with measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related functions, with experience in digital advertising/ad tech/media required.
  • •Experience managing multi-tiered teams, including people managers, and building organizations that operate effectively at global scale.
  • •Significant experience leading strategy and operations for a complex, multi-region sales organization, ideally with exposure to large enterprise or strategic customer segments.
  • •Deep understanding of digital advertising, media, platform monetization, and marketplace dynamics, including large customer sales and/or global go-to-market models.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving and business judgment, with proven ability to build operating cadences, forecasting systems, dashboards, and performance mechanisms.
