Build the revenue engine that helps Owner find, understand, and convert high-quality demand into trials and ARR. Own the infrastructure behind acquisition funnels, lifecycle signals, billing flows, CPQ, Salesforce syncs, and RevOps integrations, evolving Salesforce toward a headless architecture. Partner across product, data, engineering, RevOps, sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, and launch to deliver AI-powered engagement, unified lead journeys, and instrumentation for real-time growth visibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the systems that identify, route, nurture, convert, and retain high-quality demand and increase total ARR contribution.
•Build and improve billing systems, CPQ flows, Salesforce syncs, RevOps integrations, and related data and lifecycle marketing workflows.
•Evolve Salesforce infrastructure toward a headless architecture to enable greater flexibility for engineering and GTM teams.
•Create AI-powered platform capabilities for Growth, Sales, and Launch teams to operate faster and more efficiently across funnels.
•Build unified lead funnels and instrumentation (dashboards and operating cadence) for real-time visibility into performance and where leads stall.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience across product management, engineering, and GTM, ideally including 1-2 years as a software engineer or builder.
•Track record shipping software that made a measurable difference for customers.
•Strong product sense and opinionated judgment about what solutions will succeed.
•Demonstrated deep customer empathy and ability to research and uncover true needs.
•Strong data fluency to integrate quantitative and qualitative data into decision-making.
