Key Responsibilities

•End-to-End Commission Management: Own the monthly commissions budget and quarterly calculation cycle for the global sales organizations; extract and reconcile datasets across core CRM and reporting tools; audit performance metrics against multi-tiered contracts.
•Stakeholder Queries & Conflict Resolution: Act as the single point of contact for global commission inquiries, dispute resolutions, and adjustments; field questions from the commercial team with data-backed transparency; partner with Finance, Payroll, and HR to ensure timely delivery of finalized sheets.
•Data Governance & Process Optimization: Investigate historical data discrepancies or system anomalies; document local commission verification processes to streamline future audits.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of payouts across departments; maintain audit-ready documentation.
•Process Improvement & Documentation: Build out structured documentation of commission verification processes to enable scalable future audits.
