Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Account Executives and Brokers in managing key processes that support clients’ risk management needs.
  • •Perform client-facing account service activities, including processing client requests.
  • •Review documentation for policy changes and support ongoing account renewals and new business.
  • •Coordinate with the marketing/broking team to help negotiate coverage terms on renewal and/or new business clients.
  • •Participate in an 8-month rotational training program with technical training, on-the-job placements, and special projects across business segments.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled in a post-secondary degree.
  • •Legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship).
  • •Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • •Collaborative team skills with strong organizational and time management, including responding to urgent requests.
