Job Summary

Develop and maintain 18-month rolling demand forecasts at SKU level using statistical models, market intelligence, historical data, and promotion plans in Anaplan. Lead monthly S&OP forecast and demand review meetings with commercial, supply chain, marketing, and finance stakeholders, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and drive corrective actions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning to integrate launches and optimize inventory, while analyzing market data and supporting scenario planning and continuous improvement of forecasting KPIs and tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain 18-month rolling forecasts at SKU level using statistical models, market intelligence, historical data, and promotion plans.
•Lead monthly S&OP meetings (forecast and demand review) to align commercial, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.
•Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions.
•Integrate promotional plans, new product launches, and market trends into forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
•Partner with Supply Planning and analyze POS, shipment, and distributor inventory data to support optimal inventory levels and scenario planning.

Key Requirements

•Have demand planning or forecasting experience.
•Be native Japanese.
•Have strong analytical and quantitative skills.
•Use Excel and forecasting systems; proficiency with Anaplan, SAP APO, or IBP is a plus.
•Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
