Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are understood and consistently achieved.
  • •Conduct supplier audits to improve process standardization, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor, communicate, and improve key quality indicators, including parts per million, incoming inspection performance, and nonconformity levels.
  • •Coordinate supplier corrective actions, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
  • •Support production and incoming quality teams in diagnosing supplier-related quality problems and manage supplier complaints and costs of poor quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education, preferably in engineering or a technical field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of supplier management, including supplier evaluation and auditing.
  • •Solid command of English, both written and spoken.
  • •Knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, FMEA, and PPAP.
