Key Responsibilities

  • •Process records related to accounts payable for domestic and imported purchases, including freights, customs expenses, and T&E expenses.
  • •Verify authorizations during the payment process according to internal procedures and controls.
  • •Verify invoices comply with tax requirements.
  • •Ensure timely supplier payments according to the internal calendar using vendor payment methods (disbursements, checks, factoring).
  • •Support accounting close and audit requests, and participate in special projects as required by the AP Leader.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • •1 year of experience in general accounting or accounts payable.
  • •Adequate knowledge of general accounting and experience processing transactions with banks and suppliers.
  • •Proficiency using Office and ERP tools (SAP desirable).
  • •Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
