Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with peers and senior colleagues on solution design for backlog items.
  • •Develop, implement, test, and document scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data for analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
  • •Build production-ready data pipelines and feature datasets for ML training, scoring, monitoring, and integration into business applications.
  • •Implement data security measures to meet data privacy and compliance requirements.
  • •Review colleagues’ work and partner with internal customers and analysts to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer with Azure Synapse or Databricks (Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
  • •Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent) skills for data manipulation, automation, and ETL/ELT development.
  • •Experience building scalable data pipelines with orchestration, version control (GitHub), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Experience engineering data pipelines for machine learning model development, deployment, scoring, monitoring, or production applications; familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
