Job Summary

Senior Manager, Health Strategy & Operations leads cross-functional initiatives to scale Stepful’s Allied Health portfolio, owning program performance, cross-functional alignment, and stakeholder communications. You’ll build program scorecards, drive profitability metrics, coordinate across Learning, Product, Sales, CS, and Ops, and develop business cases to support growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven EdTech/HealthTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support program performance by driving execution against goals related to profitability, margin, and unit economics; build and maintain program-level scorecards; execute against a program roadmap; identify performance gaps and drive cross-functional improvements; contribute to business cases for initiatives or optimizations.
•Facilitate cross-functional coordination across Sales, CS, Learning, and Ops to align on program priorities; support integrated planning; identify and escalate risks; drive accountability for shared goals.
•Manage stakeholder communications; coordinate with instructors, SMEs, and stakeholders for key initiatives; prepare performance updates for senior leadership; engage with external stakeholders (accreditors, regulators, trade associations); contribute insights to resource allocation and prioritization discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

•Experience building and maintaining program scorecards and business cases for initiatives or optimizations.
