Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses in the Key Private Client Program, building and managing an end-to-end client relationship through a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver personalized recommendations by referring investment and insurance solutions. Prospect and grow referral pipelines with centers of influence, support branch operations, ensure compliance, and meet individual activity and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver client solutions by assessing financial needs and referring appropriate investment and insurance products.
•Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence, using prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, plus competitive offerings, to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and assist with branch transactions on the Teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while meeting individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and effectively, including asking fact-finding questions.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
