Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct project planning activities and manage execution of large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects according to plan.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams of project managers to deliver defined project outputs in time, budget, and quality.
  • •Manage project documentation, run project management reviews, and reinforce enterprise knowledge management through lessons learned and best practices.
  • •Manage project financials including budgeting and estimate-to-actual variance, and manage project P&L.
  • •Oversee contract terms and changes in scope, timeline, and obligations with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years total experience, including 10 years in project management with full lifecycle ERP implementations across multiple countries.
  • •Functional/technical knowledge of Oracle modules and familiarity with the Oracle methodology and related documentation.
  • •Experience managing issues, scope, and quality to deliver projects successfully within cost and time requirements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to create and maintain project deliverables (e.g., project charter, integrated management plans, status reports, budget and schedule).
  • •Strong communication skills with C-level executive audiences, plus leadership and people management capabilities.
