Key Responsibilities

•Conduct project planning activities and manage execution of large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects according to plan.
•Lead cross-functional teams of project managers to deliver defined project outputs in time, budget, and quality.
•Manage project documentation, run project management reviews, and reinforce enterprise knowledge management through lessons learned and best practices.
•Manage project financials including budgeting and estimate-to-actual variance, and manage project P&L.
•Oversee contract terms and changes in scope, timeline, and obligations with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years total experience, including 10 years in project management with full lifecycle ERP implementations across multiple countries.
•Functional/technical knowledge of Oracle modules and familiarity with the Oracle methodology and related documentation.
•Experience managing issues, scope, and quality to deliver projects successfully within cost and time requirements.
•Demonstrated ability to create and maintain project deliverables (e.g., project charter, integrated management plans, status reports, budget and schedule).
•Strong communication skills with C-level executive audiences, plus leadership and people management capabilities.
