Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on procurement strategies, vendor prequalification, bid evaluations, bid leveling, contractor selection, and contract award processes.
  • •Manage estimating services across project lifecycles, including cost estimates, benchmark analyses, quantity takeoffs, and value engineering and risk assessments.
