Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform lab-scale formulation trials, including filled polymer formulations, and conduct material characterization tests to support product innovation.
  • •Plan and organize laboratory work with internal functions to meet timelines and business priorities.
  • •Systematically document laboratory procedures and experimental work and prepare technical reports based on results.
  • •Coordinate maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment in line with quality management standards and keep documentation up to date.
  • •Maintain stocks of laboratory materials and chemicals and organize preparation and dispatch of customer samples while following EHS, ethics, and trade compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry or engineering, or a completed laboratory technician apprenticeship.
  • •At least three years of experience in processing or formulation of polymeric materials.
  • •Experience with epoxy and acrylate components, inorganic-filled formulations, and/or PCB materials (advantage).
  • •Knowledge of laboratory safety and ability to work according to SOPs.
  • •Hands-on experience with material testing and characterization techniques, plus data analysis platform experience (advantage).
