Job Summary

Join Monzo’s 2LoD Prudential Risk team as part of the Treasury Risk Oversight function. You will oversee the growing treasury investment portfolio, conduct independent credit reviews and stress testing of ABS/CLO structures, and provide challenge and oversight of Treasury Markets activities, helping to ensure safe, scalable growth of the bank’s wholesale portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the growing Treasury investment portfolio and analyse wholesale credit risk via monitoring of market and liquidity risks and collateral performance.
•Write independent credit assessments for proposed counterparties and securitisations.
•Conduct independent stress testing of ABS and CLO structures to evaluate portfolio resilience.
•Represent 2LoD in investor roadshows to explain collateral, structuring, and risk considerations of securities.
•Monitor market trends and themes in wholesale credit markets and raise emerging risks to Treasury Markets, including development of dashboards and reporting.

•Relevant experience within a bank, consultancy, credit rating agency, or regulatory body.
