Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze product/market fit for focused Middle East markets and recommend improvements or areas to double down.
  • •Drive and operationalize growth in identified market spaces via partnerships and internal systems.
  • •Establish and maintain partner relationships; act as primary partner point of contact and proactively communicate partner needs.
  • •Create and implement account plans to maximize partner success and revenue, collaborating cross-functionally to meet partner commitments.
  • •Monitor partner performance with KPIs, analyze engagement, report findings, resolve partner issues, and develop action plans to hit targets.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in outbound corporate or enterprise sales and/or business development.
  • •Ability to build and scale regional partnerships from the ground up, with strong commercial “can do” mindset.
  • •A strong history of growing accounts from small to large enterprise customers.
  • •Senior stakeholder engagement and the ability to represent Oura in key executive conversations at a commercial level.
  • •Ideally bilingual with fluency in Arabic and English; also comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time.
