Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the agent development lifecycle, taking agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration in production.
  • •Translate mission goals, policy requirements, and operational workflows into agents that perform reliably in real-world conditions.
  • •Advise public sector leaders by defining success, prioritizing opportunities, and shaping AI strategy grounded in mission impact.
  • •Partner with program, operations, technology, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders through working sessions to keep deployments moving toward launch.
  • •Identify and roadmap new use cases (e.g., proactive outreach, multilingual access, long-horizon agents) and influence Sierra’s roadmap with prototypes and repeatable solutions.
