Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home technology while acting as the customer-facing expert in the home. You’ll install security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems, evaluate customer needs to recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements, and educate homeowners on using their new system. The role also includes coaching to help you grow within the national organization and maintain a strong safety culture on every job site.
