Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality data center research in the form of reports, trackers, forecasts, and presentations.
  • •Define and expand areas of research expertise, providing timely senior-level insights on market events.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to vendor clients.
  • •Ensure effective client management and support cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product management, PR) with credibility in data centers.
  • •Contribute to strategic planning by working with the Practice Leader and Research Directors to shape team direction and customer-based viewpoints for new offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 10 years of professional experience, including experience in the data center ecosystem as an analyst or within the wider ecosystem.
  • •Solid technical understanding of the data center ecosystem and the ability to form credible, distinctive, and original opinions about how it will evolve.
  • •Quantitative research experience building, maintaining, and enhancing market forecasts and trackers, and presenting trends from data.
  • •Excellent written communication skills to synthesize complex ideas, plus strong verbal communication and presentation skills to influence industry executives.
  • •A proven ability to manage workload to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations, including domestic and international travel ability.
